How quickly will you confirm my booking?

Ride requests are confirmed by phone within 15–30 minutes. For buses, weddings and hotel packages we send a written quote within 2 working hours.

Do I pay anything when I send an enquiry?

No. Enquiries and booking requests are free. You pay only after we confirm the vehicle, the driver and the final fare with you.

Can an agent or a company book for a client?

Yes. Choose "Agent / broker" or "Company" while booking, add the client or event name, and we bill your agency or company with GST invoices.

What is included in the fare?

The vehicle, the driver and fuel for the distance shown. Tolls, parking, state permits and the driver's night allowance are extra and are always told to you before you confirm.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp the travel desk. Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; we tell you the cancellation charge, if any, before you cancel.

Do you work outside Kolkata?

Yes. We run trips across India and keep vehicles ready at our partner hotels in the Northeast, North, East and West.
